At Warrington Chimney and Fireplace, we stand behind our masonry and stucco work. To ensure long-term performance and continued compliance with your warranty, we require an annual inspection of the completed work.

This proactive approach allows us to identify and resolve small issues early before they become costly or compromise the integrity of your chimney system.

What’s Required to Maintain Warranty Coverage

To remain in full compliance with your warranty, one annual inspection must be completed by Warrington Chimney and Fireplace. The inspection fee is $150 per year.

 

What’s Included at No Additional Cost

 

The annual inspection includes a full inspection of the masonry and or stucco work we performed, evaluation of surrounding chimney components for movement, moisture intrusion, or deterioration, and a complimentary chimney liner or furnace liner cleaning. This process allows for early detection of minor issues, often resolved before repairs are needed.

Masonry and stucco systems are exposed to weather, moisture, and thermal expansion throughout the year. Even properly installed systems benefit from routine evaluation. Annual inspections allow us to catch potential problems early, preserve the integrity of the original installation, ensure continued safety and performance, and fully stand behind our workmanship.
